We've just released the HubSpot integration for the advanced report templates which are available on the Program Manager plan. 🤩
So, what you can run from today:
1️⃣ Sales team surveys connected to the HubSpot data: Ask your team about the progress of certain deals assigned in your HubSpot.
2️⃣ Helpdesk standups based on the tickets in your Hubspot: Get the answers on progress for open tickets or users' requests in progress in your HubSpot.
To run those reports just choose the "Survey on current task" report template, connect it to your Hunspot and set up questions and params you need.
Later on, we plan to release dedicated report templates for Sales and Helpdesk standups with predefined questions.

The initial benefits of telecommuting have been sidestepped as they were superimposed on a specific team portrait, that was suitable then.
But now, in response to a question about the benefits of a remote team, the modern market says: "We can run any team remotely because it is profitable and cheaper."
That's it. Costs came to the forefront. If I can hire a developer from another city / country for the same or even less amount, why don't I take the chance?
When this is superimposed on teams that are unprepared in terms of methodological approaches, the remote work problem increases exponentially. The modern world turns a blind eye to this because people believe that cost is the answer.
And more and more approaches are emerging that do not correlate with the concept of efficiency."

Unfortunately, we're experiencing a series of incidents today.
The first one had started 3 hours ago. The Standuply service lost connection between our Amazon instances and cloud database Mongo Atlas and wasn't able to reconnect all that time.
When we were figuring out and trying to fix the issue with the Mongo support team, Slack events API was automatically disabled for the app, because the service can't get API events from Slack. That's a usual procedure.
More than 1 hour ago Mongo resolved the connection error but we're not able to turn on back the API events for the app for some unknown reason.
We're in touch right now with the Slack team and they are looking for the problem to resolve it.
Unfortunately, we can only wait because can't control this module at all.
The whole our team is on and we'll find the solution and fix everything for sure, but it can take a few more hours of downtime.
Please, take our apologies for such inconvenience.

We've just got the update from Slack team that they fixed the problem with events API and we've been able to restart it for our app.
Standuply is stable right now and all components work properly.
Sorry again for the inconvenience, despite on the root of the incidents wasn't on our end, it's our fail for sure .
We'll do the retrospective tomorrow to understand can we be able to prevent the same cases in the future somehow, because today is 3am for our dev team. 😴😴😴

We want to make you aware that this Friday (04/24) from 10 pm PST to 2 am PST (04/25), there will be scheduled downtime of service.
